Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft and UX thinking
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agile (scrum) development processes
- Experience in SaaS or B2C mobile applications
- SQL and analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel) skills
- Software engineering fundamentals or hands-on experience
- Advanced degree in data science, statistics, ML, or HCI
